We are very excited to announce our next Meet the Winemaker dinner on Monday the 12th of May, Jean Bouteille wines.

Having learnt from some absolute titans around the globe, in Japan at Sake breweries Terada Honke and Dewatsuru Shuso. Winemakers Adrien Berlioz & Jean Yves Peron in the Savoie & Fabien Jouves in Cahors France, Olek Bondonio in Barbaresco Italy & Australian pioneers BK Wines, Tom Shobbrook, Lucy M, Gentle Folk & Wild Flower Brewing.

 Originally from Caussade in South West France, JB has chosen to settle in the Adelaide Hills & created his winery in 2019 with a focus on hand made wines from organically farmed grapes using regenerative practices in both winery & vineyard, producing wines with immense energy that pair beautifully with the flavours of our wood fire grill.
